Documentation and metadata (PR #98, 2026-09-29)¶

No change to the mathematics. Package version set to 1.2.0.dev0 (unreleased; the code differs from the v1.1.0 tag); paper retitled "...with a Lean 4 Formalization" and dated "January 2026; revised October 2026"; new CD Stack page, also Figures 1 and 2 of the paper; README rewritten; one contributing guide; directory READMEs corrected; sign errors and stale labels fixed in Open Problems and the Roadmap; experiments scaffold folded into the Roadmap; SECURITY, NOTICE and CITATION.cff updated.

Mathematical revision (PR #97, 2026-09-29)¶

Existence proofs repaired in the paper; the Lean finite-graph model added to the Python library (cd.graph) and the notebook; Proposition 3.21 added (a positive continuum solution below the linear threshold); CI checks for the paper PDF and the executed notebook.
